3 enhancements to On-Time Performance to support Operations Teams

Operations Managers and Analysts need on-time performance data to meet basic reporting requirements and inspire confident decision-making. We’re excited to spotlight new features to Swiftly’s On-Time Performance product that give operations and planning teams better insights into how system performance impacts riders.

Swiftly’s new Data Completeness report gives a holistic view of the rider experience across on-time performance and observed and missed service. This webinar demonstrates the new Data Completeness report, as well as two other On-Time Performance enhancements that allow operations staff to measure and analyze data quality in the Swiftly Dashboard.
